I'm using bartender4, with my pet bar enabled, and click-through (which would make mouse clicks have no effect) disabled. the closest thing i found was someone writing that the middle buttons on the bartender pet bar do not work - implying that if i instead moved the skills i wanted to use to the edges of the bar, i would be able to use them. I did do some searching before i made this topic, but unfortunately i couldn't find a solution. TL DR: 8 of 10 skills on the bartender pet bar do nothing when i click them.
